illustrate
The LMH6702 is a very wideband, DC-coupled monolithic op amp designed with a wide dynamic range system that requires particularly excellent signal fidelity. Benefiting from National Semiconductor's current feedback architecture, the LMH6702 provides excellent speed without external compensation requiring unity gain stabilization.
With its bandwidth of 720MHz(AV = 2V / V,VO= 2VPP),Pass 60MHz (10-bit distortion levelRL = 100 With 1.83nV/input referred noise and 12.5 mA supply current, the LMH6702 is ideal for drivers or buffers for high-speed flash A/D and D/A converters.
Wide dynamic range systems, such as radar and communication receivers, require a wideband amplifier to provide excellent signal purity, and the LMH6702's low input-referenced noise and low harmonic distortion and intermodulation will be found to make it an attractive high-speed solution.
The LMH6702 adopts the VIP10™ free bipolar process built by the United States and the nationally recognized current feedback architecture. The LMH6702 is available in SOIC and SOT23-5 packages.
