The LMH664XEP family of true single-supply voltage feedback amplifiers offers high speed (130MHz), low distortion (-62dBc), and extremely high output current (approximately 75 mA) at a lower cost and reduced power consumption with similar performance compared to existing equipment.
The input common-mode voltage range extends to 0.5V below V-And from V 1V+。 Any supply rail difference of less than 40mV in the output voltage range is desirable for wide dynamic range, especially in low voltage applications. The output stage is about 75 mA capable of pushing heavy loads. The fast output slew rate (130V/μs) ensures that large peak-to-peak output swings can be maintained at even higher speeds, producing a 3V supply at a special 40MHz full power bandwidth. These features, combined with low cost, make them ideal for a variety of industrial and commercial applications.
Careful attention is paid to ensuring the stability of equipment in all operating voltages and modes. The result is a very well-behaved frequency response characteristic (up to 12MHz with 0.1dB gain flatness at 150).
