illustrate
While the LMH6611 (single with shutdown) and LMH6612 (dual) are 345 MHz rail-to-rail output amplifiers that consume only 3.2 quiescent current per channel and are designed to perform high performance mA in power-conscious single-supply systems. The precision trimmed inputs of the LMH6611 and LMH6612 have low noise and high accuracy offset voltages for low distortion performance required for video, test measurement, and communication applications. The LMH6611 and LMH6612 are family members of PowerWise and have an excellent power-to-performance ratio.
With trimmed input offset voltage of 0.022 mV and a high DC sensitivity of 103 LMH6611 and LMH6612 dB, high speed applications such as low baseband I and Q channel filtering stations pass such requirements for open-loop gain. There is a 0.01% settling time to federate these specifications 100 nanoseconds , 10 low noise NV / The SFDR of 102 dBc is superior to 100 kHz, making these amplifiers particularly suitable for driving 10-, 12- and 14-bit high-speed ADCs. 0.1 dB bandwidth at 45 MHz (AV= 2) Drive to 150 Ω2 VPPAllows the amplifier to be used as an output driver for 1080i and 720p HDTV applications.
The input common mode ranges from 200 lower negative rail rails from the front to 1.2V millivolts. 49 millivolts to ground within the swing range of an output load terminated by a 150 Ω load from a single 5V supply to ground, while the mid-rail terminates the 1 kΩ load swing to either rail at 77 mV.
The amplifier will operate from a single 2.7V to 11V supply or ± 1.35V to ± 5.5V separate supply. The LMH6611 is available on the 6-pin TSOT23 with a separate active, low-disable pin that reduces supply current to 120μA. The LMH6612 is available in an 8-pin SOIC package. Both LMH6611 and LMH6612 are available -40°C to +125°C Extended industrial temperature grades.
