The LTM®9011-14 / LTM9010-14 / LTM9009-14 is an 8-channel, synchronous sampled 14-bit A/D converter designed for digitizing high-frequency, wide dynamic range signals. Its AC performance includes 73.1dB SNR and 88dB Parasitic Free Dynamic Range (SFDR). The low power consumption per channel reduces heat in high-channel-count applications. Integrated bypass capacitors and pass-through pin configurations reduce overall board space requirements.
DC specifications include ±1LSB INL (typical), ±0.3LSB DNL (typical), and no-drop codes over the entire temperature range. Conversion noise is low at just 1.2LSBRMS.
The digital output is a serial LVDS, designed to minimize the number of data lines. Each channel outputs two bits at a time ("two-lane" mode). The option to output one bit at a time per channel at lower sample rates ("single channel" mode) is available.
ENC+ and ENC- inputs can be differentially or single-ended driven using a single sine wave, PECL, LVDS, TTL, or CMOS input. An internal clock duty cycle stabilizer achieves high performance at full speed and multiple clock duty cycle conditions
