description
LTM®The 9012 is a 4-channel, simultaneous sampling 14-bit μModule®Analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with integrated fixed-gain differential ADC driver. Low-noise amplifiers are suitable for single-ended drive and pulse-train signals (e.g. imaging applications). Each channel includes a low-pass filter between the driver output and the ADC input.
DC specifications include ±1.2LSB INL (typical), ±0.3LSB DNL (typical), and no missing codes over temperature. The conversion noise is low at only 1.2LSBRMS。
The digital outputs are serial LVDS, with two bits per channel output at a time ("two-wire" mode). The option to output one bit at a time per channel at lower sample rates ("single-lane" mode) is provided. LVDS drivers have optional internal termination and adjustable output levels to ensure clean signal integrity.
An ENC can be paired with a sine wave, PECL, LVDS, TTL, or CMOS input+and ENC-The inputs are driven differential or single-ended. An internal clock duty cycle stabilizer achieves high performance at full speed and multiple clock duty cycles.
