MAX44280 1.8V, 50MHz, Low Offset, Low Power, Rail-to-Rail I-I/O Op Amp
description
The MAX44280 provides a unique combination of high-speed, precision, low-noise, low-voltage operation, making it ideal for a wide range of signal processing functions, such as signal filtering and amplification in portable and industrial equipment.
The amplifier has an offset input of less than 50μV and a high gain bandwidth product of 50MHz while keeping the 1.8V supply rail low. Gain compensation of 5V/V or higher is internal to the device. The device's rail-to-rail input/output and low noise guarantee maximum dynamic range for demanding applications such as 12 - 16-bit SAR ADC drivers. Unlike traditional rail-to-rail input structures, input crossover distortion is not present due to the optimized input stage with ultra-quiet charge pumps.
The MAX44280 includes a power-down mode for fast power savings for further power savings.
The MAX44280 operates from a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V over the -40°C to +125°C temperature range, and can operate from 0°C to 1.7V to +70°C. The MAX44280 is housed in a small, 6-pin SC70 package, also in a thin μDFN package (ultra-thin LGA) package of 1mm x 1.5mm.
