TL594 description
The TL594 contains all the functional requirements for building pulse-width-modulation (PWM) control circuitry on a single chip. The primary purpose is power supply control, and this device provides flexible system engineers with power supply control circuits for tailors for a particular application.
The TL594 error amplifier consists of two, an on-chip adjustable oscillator, a dead-time control (DTC) comparator, a pulse-steering control trigger, a 5V regulator and precision 1%, an undervoltage lockout control circuit, and output control circuitry.
The one-0.3 VCC - 2(five)V direct torque control comparator with the common-mode voltage range of the error amplifier has a fixed offset that provides approximately 5% dead time. The on-chip oscillator can be used as a bypass by terminating the RT reference output and input to CT to provide a serration; Or it can be used to drive circuits in synchronous multiple-rail common power supplies.
Unconstrained output transistors of common-emitter or emitter-follower provide either output capability. Each device provides push-pull or end-of-single output operations, via output-control selection of functions. The possibility of prohibiting the construction of these devices is either the output pulse in two push-pull operations. The control circuit locks the locked branch of the low-voltage output circuit that is deferred to internal operation.
It features the TL594C in operation from 0°C to 70°C.It is characterized by operation at this TL594I - 40°C, from up to 85°C.
