LM119 series precision high speed one-chip manufacturing double comparison. They are designed to work over a wide range of supply voltages down to a single 5V logic supply and ground. In addition, they have higher gain than devices like the LM710 and lower input current. The unsubmitted collector output stage makes the LM119 compatible as well as 25 mA with RTL, DTL and TTL lamp and relay drive currents.
The LM319A provides improved accuracy over the standard LM319, with tighter tolerances for offset voltage, bias current, and voltage gain.
Although the main design needs to be used from digital logic supplies, the LM119 series fully specifies supplies up to ± 15V. It has a higher power consumption than the LM111 that is more responsive than that. However, the high speed, wide operating voltage range and low packet count make the LM119 far more versatile than older devices like the LM711.
LM119 is specified from -55°C to +125°C, LM219 is specified from -25°C to +85°C, LM319A and LM319A are specified from 0°C to +70°C.
