The LMZ22010's SIMPLE SWITCHER © power module is an easy-to-use step-down dc-to-dc solution capable of driving loads up to 10A. LMZ22010 is an innovative solution that enhances thermal performance and allows manual or machine welding.
The LMZ22010 can accept input voltage rails between 6V and 20V and provides adjustable and highly accurate output voltages down to 0.8V. The LMZ22010 requires only two external resistors and external capacitors to complete the power solution. The LMZ22010 is a safe, reliable, and powerful design with the following protection features: thermal shutdown, programmable input undervoltage lockout, output overvoltage protection, short-circuit protection, output current limiting, and allows prebiased output start-up.
The SYNC input allows over a switching frequency range of 314 to 600 kHz and synchronization of up to 6 modules, allowing parallel connection at higher load currents.
