The 908E622 is an integrated, single-package solution featuring a high-performance HC08 microcontroller with a SMARTMOSTM™ analog control IC. The HC08 contains a flash memory, timer, enhanced serial communication interface (ESCI), analog-to-digital converter (ADC), serial peripheral interface (SPI) (internal only), and internal clock generator module. The analog controller chip features quad half-bridge and three high-side outputs with diagnostic support, EC glass driver circuitry, Hall-effect sensor inputs, analog inputs, voltage regulators, window watchdogs, and a local area interconnect (LIN) physical layer. This single-package solution with built-in LIN provides excellent application performance control and PCB space-saving design for controlling automotive high-end mirrors.
