AD5064BRUZ-1 full-precision, quad, 16-bit, buffered voltage output, 4.5 V to 5.5 V nanoDAC® with SPI interface
The AD5024/AD5044/AD5064 are low power, quad, 12-/14-, 16-bit buffered voltage outputsnanoDAC® converters that provide relative accuracy of 1 LSB INL and 1 LSB DNL with the AD5024/AD5044/AD5064 having independent reference pins and the AD5064-1 having a common reference pin.
The AD5024/AD5044/AD5064/AD5064-1 can operate from a single 4.5 V to 5.5 V supply and offer ±1 LSB differential precision. THESE DEVICES FEATURE A VERSATILE 3-WIRE, LOW-POWER, SCHMITT TRIGGER SERIAL INTERFACE CAPABLE OF OPERATING CLOCK RATES UP TO 50 UMHz and are compatible with standard spi, qspi,™ microwire™, and dsp interface standards. An integrated reference buffer and output amplifier are available on-chip. The AD5024/AD5044/AD5064/AD5064-1 contain a power-on reset circuit that ensures that the DAC output powers up to zero scale or midscale and maintains that level until a valid write is performed on the device. The AD5024/AD5044/AD5064/AD5064-1 feature features a shutdown feature that reduces the power consumption of the device to 400 nA at 5 V in shutdown mode and provides a software-selectable output load. The total unregulated error of the device is less than 2 mV.
