AD5064BRUZ-1 Full-Precision, Quad-Channel, 16-Bit, Buffered Voltage Output, 4.5 V to 5.5 V nanoDAC® with SPI interface
The AD5024/AD5044/AD5064 are low-power, four-channel, 12/14/16-bit buffered voltage output nanoDAC® converters that provide relative accuracy of 1 LSB INL and 1 LSB DNL, with the AD5024/AD5044/AD5064 having independent reference pins and the AD5064-1 having a common reference pin.
The AD5024/AD5044/AD5064/AD5064-1 can be operated from a single 4.5 V to 5.5 V supply and offers differential accuracy of ±1 LSB. The devices feature a versatile three-wire, low-power, Schmidt trigger serial interface that can operate at clock rates up to 50 MHz and are compatible with standard SPI, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, and DSP interface standards. An integrated reference buffer and output amplifier are available on-chip. The AD5024/AD5044/AD5064/AD5064-1 has a built-in power-on reset circuit that ensures that the DAC output is powered up to zero or mid-range and maintained until a valid write operation is performed on the device. The AD5024/AD5044/AD5064/AD5064-1 feature shutdown features that reduce the device's power consumption to 400 nA at 5 V in shutdown mode and provide a software-selectable output load. The total unadjusted error of the device is less than 2 mV.
