The AD5444/AD5446 are CMOS, 12/14-Bit, and current outputs, respectivelyDigital-to-analog converters(DAC)。 These devices operate from a single 2.5 V to 5.5 V supply, making them suitable for battery-powered and other applications.
Fabricated on a CMOS submicron process, these devices offer excellent four-quadrant multiplication with multiplication bandwidths up to 12 MHz.
THESE DCs feature a double-buffered, three-wire serial interface and are compatible with spi®, qspi,™ microwire™, and most dsp interface standards. At power-up, the internal shift registers and latches are filled with zeros and the DAC output is at zero scale.
The full-scale output current is determined by the applied external reference input voltage (VREFDecide. Although operating from a single 2.5 V to 5.5 V supply, these devices can handle ± 10 V reference input. When used with an external current-to-voltage precision amplifier, an integrated feedback resistor (RFB) provides temperature tracking and a full-scale voltage output.
