AD7173-8It is a fast-settling, highly accurate, low power, 8/16-channel, multiplexed ADC for low bandwidth input signals with integrated input buffers.

The device integrates a precision 2.5 V low drift (3.5 ppm/°C) bandgap reference and oscillator.

The device offers eight flexible settings for output data rate,Digital filterMode, offset/gain error correction, reference selection, buffer enable, etc. are configured.

The Sinc5 + sinc1 filter maximizes the channel scan rate, while the Sinc3 filter maximizes resolution and enhances 50 Hz/60 Hz rejection, with 4 options to minimize noise.

The device integrates diagnostic functions including CRC, register checksums, temperature sensors, crosspoint multiplexers, fusing current, and GPIO/GPO.
