La entrada pseudodiferencial AD7453BRTZ-R2, 555 kSPS, ADC de 12 bits está disponible en un paquete SOT-23 de 8 conductores
The AD7453 is a 12-bit, low power, successive approximation (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.25 V supply with a pseudo differential analog input and a maximum throughput of 555 kSPS.
The device contains a low noise, wide bandwidth, differential sample-and-hold (T/H) amplifier that can handle input frequencies above 1 MHz with a typical -3 dB bandwidth of 20 MHz. The external reference voltage is via VREF
Pin input, which varies from 100 mV to 3.5 V, depending on the supply and application.
The conversion process and data acquisition passed.CSControl with the serial clock, thus providing the device with microprocessoror DSP interface created the conditions. The input signal is in.CSis sampled on the falling edge, and the transformation starts here at the same time.
The device uses a SAR architecture to ensure no pipeline delay.
The AD7453 uses advanced design techniques to achieve very low power consumption at high throughput.
- Low power consumption (at maximum throughput):
- 7 mW typical (555 kSPS, 5 V supply)
- 3 mW typical (555 kSPS, 3 V supply)
- Wide input bandwidth:
- 70 dB signal-to-nar ratio (100 kHz input frequency)
- Flexible power/serial clock speed management
- Rated voltage (VDD
): 2.7 V to 5.25 V
- Pseudo-differential analog input
- No pipeline delay
- HIGH-SPEED SERIAL INTERFACE: SPI/QSPI®™/MICROWIRE™/DSP compatible
- Power-down mode: 1 μA maximum
- 8-pin SOT-23 package
