Its differential multiplication inputs (X, Y) and summing inputs (Z) are in a high-resistance state. The low impedance output voltage (W) is up to ±2.5 V and can drive loads as low as 25 Ω. It uses a ±5 V power supply for normal operation.
The AD835 not only delivers exceptional speed performance, but is also easy to use and feature-rich. For example, in addition to allowing signals to be added to the output, the Z input can amplify the AD835's operating voltage by up to 10 times. As a result, the product noise of this multiplier is very low (50 nV/√Hz), which is much better than earlier products.
The AD835 is available in an 8-pin PDIP package (N) and an 8-pin SOIC package (R) and is rated for a temperature range of −40°C to +85°C industrial temperature range.
