ADC11L066 is a monolithic CMOS analog-to-digital converter capable of converting analog input signals to 11-bit digits at 66 up to 66 per second (MSPS), the lowest typical operation, possibly as high 80 MSPS 。 The converter uses a differential, pipeline architecture with digital error correction and an on-chip sampling and hold circuit to minimize die size and power consumption while providing excellent dynamic performance. A unique sampling and holding phase produces full power bandwidth 450 MHz 。 Operating from a single 3.3V supply, the device consumes only a single supply 357 mW at 66 MSPS , including the reference current. Interrupt the power supply and reduce power consumption 50 milliwatts 。

The differential input provides a single-ended input with the possibility equal to the swing of a full-scale input of ± V REF. It is recommended to make full use of differential inputs for optimal performance. For ease of use, buffered, high-impedance, single-ended reference input conversion chip processing circuits use a differential reference. The output data format is offset binary 11 bits.

The device is available in a 32-pin LQFP package and will operate over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
