Other features include a dropout pressure detector and a low supply voltage/battery level monitoring comparator. When voltage regulation fails, a dropout pressure detector can be used to signal the relevant signal, while a low battery level detector can be used to monitor the input supply voltage.
The ADP667 is a pin-compatible replacement for the MAX667 and is rated for the -40°C to +85°C industrial temperature range and is available in 8-pin DIP and narrow-body surface mount (SOIC) packages.
