Product Details:

The HMC746 is an AND/NAND/OR/NOR gate designed to support data rates up to 13 Gbps and clock frequencies up to 13 GHz. The HMC746 can be easily configured to provide any of the following logical functions: AND, NAND, OR, and NOR. The HMC746 also offers an output level control pin VR for loss compensation and signal level optimization.

All input and output signals of the HMC746 are terminated to on-chip Vcc at 50 Ω and support AC or DC coupling. The inputs and outputs can be connected directly to the 50 Ω Vcc termination system, while DC capacitors can be used if the 50 Ω termination is used to ground. The HMC746 operates from a single +3.3V DC supply and is available in a RoHS-compliant 3x3 mm SMT ceramic package
