The ISL26312/14/15/19 sampling SAR ADC family is equipped with an oversupply of excellent linearity and temperature variation, and is available in 4 versions - 8-channel single-ended input, 2-channel and 4-channel differential input.
A proprietary input multiplexer reduces input driver requirements, reducing cost and board space. The specified measurement accuracy is maintained with the input signal up to VDD.
The ISL26312/14/15/19 low-power ADC family members provide pin intercompatibility, a uniquely distinct analog input, that allows rapid replication of mature layouts across multiple design platforms. The entire family is also pin-compatible with the 14-bit ISL264XX, and the 125/250kSPS series provides a seamless performance upgrade path.
The serial digital interface is SPI compatible and easily connects to all popular FPGAs and microcontrollers. A 125kSPS sample rate that consumes 11mW is limited to just 8μA (typical, auto-power-down mode) to convert.
The ISL26312/14/15/19 features up to 5kV for human body ESD survival and popular TSSOP packages. Specify business performance over the full industrial temperature range (-40°C to +125°C).
