description
The HI5960 is a 14-bit, 130MSPS (million samples per second), high speed, low power, /one converter, which is implemented in an advanced CMOS process. From a single +5 V +5 V supply, the converter provides a full-scale output current of 20 mA and includes edge-triggered CMOS input data latches. Excellent low surge energy and frequency domain performance to achieve the use of segmented current source architectures.
This device complements the CommLink HI5x60 HI5x28 family of high-speed converters, which include 8-, 10-, 12- and 14-bit devices.
