Intersil's ISL43210A devices are precise, bidirectional, single SPDT analog switches designed to supply from a single +2.7 V to +15 V power. Target applications include products that require 3D TV/Eyeware and battery-powered devices with a single supply of +3.0 V / +5 V power supply, such as applications with a single +15 V power supply, which favors low power consumption (5μW), low leakage current (10nA max), and fast switching speed (T ON = 28ns, T OFF = 20ns). For example, mobile phones often face the functional limitations of ASICs. The number of analog inputs or GPIO pins may be limited, and the geometry of the numbers is not suitable for the performance of analog switches. The device can be used in MUX-extra functions while reducing ASIC design risks. Its small package alleviates board space constraints, making it an ideal solution for single-commit SPDTs, which are perfect for use in 2 to 1 multiplexer applications, ISL43210A single commit SPDTs.
