illustrate
The voltage of the LM111, LM211 and LM311 is nearly a thousand times greater, such as the LM106 or LM710 devices reducing the input current. They are also designed to operate over a wider range of supply voltages: a single 5V supply from a standard ± 15V op amp for integrated circuit logic. Its outputs are compatible RTL, DTL and TTL as well as MOS circuits. In addition, they can drive lamps or relays with switching voltages as high as 50V at 50 mA.
The inputs and outputs of the LM111, the LM311 of the LM211 can be systematically isolated, and the outputs can be driven under a ground load, either positive or negative. Offset balancing and strobe capability provide and output filament OR operations. Although slower than the LM106 and LM710 (200 ns response time is 40 nanoseconds), devices are also less prone to parasitic oscillations. Pin configuration of the LM111 LM106 and LM710.
The LM211 is identical to the LM111, except that its performance is specified in the -25°C to +85°C temperature range, rather than -55°C to +125°C. The LM311 has a temperature range of 0°C to +70°C
