illustrate
The LM3753 and LM3754 are full-featured dual-phase single-output voltage mode synchronous PWM buck controllers. They can be configured to establish a single high power output control from 2 to 12 interleaved power stages. Both controllers use feed-forward mode control with high noise immunity with input voltage. Internal current loop averages real-time current sharing between phases in load transients.
The LM3753 supports the tracking function, while the LM3754 supports adjustable soft-start. LM3753 tracing is always enabled, allowing control of the output up and down. The LM3754 with soft-start function can only go up to the output of the driver - it does not pull down, therefore, the prebiased load cannot be discharged in time. Thermally resistant in a 5mm x 5mm thermal pad with enhanced 32-pin LLP package.
