illustrate
The LM3753 and LM3754 are full-featured, dual-phase, single-output voltage-mode synchronous PWM buck controllers. They can be configured from 2 to 12 staggered power stages to establish a single high-power output control. Both controllers are controlled in a feedforward voltage mode with a high noise immunity with an input voltage. The internal current loop average forces share the load transient current in real time between phases.
The LM3753 supports tracking functions, while the LM3754 supports adjustable soft start. The LM3753 tracking is always enabled, allowing the output to be controlled up and down. The LM3754 with a soft-start function can only go up to the output of the drive - it does not pull down, therefore, the pre-bias load cannot be discharged in time. Available in a 5 mm x 5 mm thermal pad thermally enhanced 32-pin LLP package.
