The LMH664X family of true single-supply voltage feedback amplifiers offers similar performance to existing devices at relatively high speeds (130MHz), low distortion (-62dBc), and very high output current at a lower cost and reduced power consumption (approximately 75 mA).
The input common-mode voltage range extends below V by 0.5V - From V and 1V + 。 Any rail difference of less than 40mV in the output voltage range allows for a wide dynamic range, especially ideal for low voltage applications. The output stage is about 75 mA capable of pushing heavy loads. The fast output slew rate (130V/μs) ensures that large peak-to-peak output swings can be maintained at even higher speeds at a special full power bandwidth of 40MHz, 3V supply. These features, with their low cost, are ideal for many industrial and commercial applications.
Pay close attention to the stability of the paid device to ensure all operating voltages and modes. The result is a very well-behaved frequency response characteristic, with any gain setting and minimum peak (typically 2 dB maximum) at heavy and light loads (0.1 dB up to 150MHz gain at 12MHz in loadsflatdegrees and V = 2). This makes the device work well as fast settling time (68ns) and low distortion ADC buffers, high frequency filter applications, and other applications.
