illustrate
The LMS5213 is a μCap, low dropout regulator with a very low quiescent current of 220μA typical in an 80 mA load. It also has a very low dropout voltage, typically at light loads and 80mA at 330mV to 20mV.
The LMS5213 delivers up to 80mA of current and consumes 1μA typical in disable mode.
LMS5213 is a ceramic capacitor optimized for operation with low added value and low cost. The output typically requires only a regulated output capacitor of 0.47μF. The enable pin can be connected to V for easy device layout.
The LMS5213 is designed for portable, battery-powered device applications with small space requirements.
The LMS5213 is available in a 5-pin SC70 package to save space. The specified performance is -40°C to +125°C over the temperature range and is available in fixed voltages of 2.8V, 3.0V, and 3.3V. For other output voltage options, contact National Semiconductor.
