The TPA711 is a bridged load (BTL) or single-ended (SE) audio power amplifier developed for both internal and external speaker headphone operation applications, especially as required. Powered by a 3.3-V supply, it is capable of providing 8 250 MW of continuous output power under the TPA711 line.THD + N load less than 0.6% for the entire vocabulary band. Although this device is characterized by going out to 20 kHz, its operation is optimized for narrow-band applications such as wireless communications. The BTL configuration eliminates the output to most applications on externally coupled capacitors, which is an important requirement especially for small battery-powered devices. The TPA711 is unique in that it allows the BTL amplifier to be switched to selenium when it is necessary for headphone drivers.
