XC6401FF35ER Dual-channel LDO voltage regulator is compatible with low ESR capacitors

The XC6401 series is a high-precision, dual-channel, low-noise, CMOS LDO voltage regulator. The performance characteristics of this series include: low output noise, high power rejection ratio, low dropout and fast response. The XC6401 includes a reference voltage source, error amplifier, drive triode, current limiter, and built-in phase compensation circuitry. The foldback circuit of the XC6401's current limiter is also used as an output current limit for short-circuit protection. The output voltage of each voltage regulator is set individually by laser fine-tuning. Voltages can be selected in 0.05V intervals from 0.8V to 5.0V. The XC6401 series is fully compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors, reducing cost and improving output stability. Due to its excellent transient response characteristics and high supply rejection ratio over a wide frequency range, the output maintains high stability even with frequent load fluctuations. The EN function allows the output of each channel to be shut down individually, which greatly reduces power loss
