The XC6401FF35ER dual LDO voltage regulator is compatible with low ESR capacitors

The XC6401 series are high precision, dual, low noise, CMOS LDO voltage regulators. Performance features of this series include low output noise, high power supply rejection ratio, low dropout voltage and fast response.
The XC6401 includes a voltage reference, error amplifier, driver transistor, current limiter and built-in phase compensation circuitry. The foldback circuit of the XC6401's current limiter is also used as an output current limit for short-circuit protection.
The output voltage of each voltage regulator is individually set by laser trimming. The voltage can be selected in 0.05V increments from 0.8V to 5.0V. The XC6401 series is fully compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors, reducing cost and improving output stability. Thanks to its excellent transient response and high power supply rejection over a wide frequency range, the output maintains high stability even with frequent load fluctuations.
