The LTC ® 1143 Series is a dual, step-down switching regulator controller with automatic burst mode ™ operation to maintain high efficiency at low output currents. The device consists of two independent regulator modules, each driving an external power MOSFET at switching frequencies up to 400kHz, using a constant-off-time current-mode architecture. Fixed and adjustable voltages are available.
The current operating two regulators is user-programmable, with an external current sense resistor. The wide input voltage range allows operation from 4V to 14V (16V max).
