illustrate
The LP3470 is a micropower CMOS voltage supervisory circuit that monitors power supplies, microprocessors (μP) and other digital system designs. It provides maximum adjustable power-on reset (POR) and supervisory functions. It is available in six standard reset threshold voltage (V RTH) options: 2.63V, 2.93V, 3.08V, 3.65V, 4.00V, 4.38V, and 4.63V. If voltage options between 2.4V and 5.0V are available, contact your national semiconductor representative.
The VC supply voltage at the time the LP3470 asserts the reset signal is below the reset threshold. An adjustable reset timeout using an external capacitor. The time interval between the rise of the threshold voltage above the reset V CC (programmed by an external capacitor) is still asserted.
The device is available in a tiny SOT23-5 package.
