The LP3470 is a microCMOS voltage monitoring circuit design, power supply monitoring microprocessor (μP) and other digital systems. It provides maximum adjustable power-on reset (POR) and supervisory functions. It resets threshold voltages (V) in the following six standard standardsRTH)Options: 2.63V, 2.93V, 3.08V, 3.65V, 4.00V, 4.38V and 4.63V. If required for voltage options such as 2.4V and 5.0V, please contact your national semiconductor representative.
The LP3470 asserts V when the signal is resetCCThe supply voltage is below the reset threshold. The reset timeout period adjustment uses an external capacitor. It remains V after resetCCThe time interval for the threshold voltage rise (programmed by an external capacitor) has been exceeded and asserted.
The device is available in a tiny SOT23-5 package.
