AD7915Der /AD7916 ist ein sukzessives 16-Bit-ApproximationsmodulZahlen-Konverter(ADC) von einem VDD mit nur einer Versorgung. Der Baustein verfügt über einen stromsparenden Hochgeschwindigkeits-A/D-Wandler mit 16-Bit-Abtastung und einen vielseitigen seriellen Schnittstellenanschluss. An der steigenden Flanke der CNV tastet der AD7915/AD7916 die Spannungsdifferenz zwischen den Pins IN+ und IN- ab, die normalerweise von 0 V auf V schwingt_REF, entgegengesetzte Phase. Die Referenzspannung (REF) wird extern bereitgestellt und kann unabhängig von der Versorgungsspannung (VDD) eingestellt werden. Stromverbrauch und Durchsatz variieren linear.

Die AD7915/AD7916 sind mit seriellen Peripherieschnittstellen (SPIs) kompatibel und können über den SDI-Eingang mehrere A/D-Wandler auf einem einzigen Dreidrahtbus in Reihe schalten. Mit einer separaten Stromversorgung VIO ist es mit 1,8 V, 2,5 V, 3 V und 5 V Logik kompatibel.

Die AD7915/AD7916 sind entweder in einem 10-poligen MSOP- oder einem 10-poligen LFCSP-Gehäuse erhältlich und arbeiten im Temperaturbereich von -40 °C bis +125 °C.
