Product details

AD7915El /AD7916 es un módulo de aproximación sucesivo de 16 bitsConvertidor de números(ADC) de un VDD de suministro único. El dispositivo incluye un ADC de muestreo de 16 bits de baja potencia y alta velocidad y un puerto de interfaz serie versátil. En el borde ascendente del CNV, el AD7915/AD7916 muestrea la diferencia de voltaje entre los pines IN+ e IN-, que normalmente oscilan de 0 V a VREF, fase opuesta. La tensión de referencia (REF) se proporciona externamente y se puede ajustar independientemente de la tensión de alimentación (VDD). El consumo de energía y la tasa de rendimiento varían linealmente.

Los AD7915/AD7916 son compatibles con interfaces periféricas serie (SPI) y pueden conectar en cadena varios ADC en un solo bus de tres hilos utilizando la entrada SDI. Con un VIO de suministro separado, es compatible con lógica de 1,8 V, 2,5 V, 3 V y 5 V.

Los AD7915/AD7916 están disponibles en un paquete MSOP de 10 conductores o un paquete LFCSP de 10 conductores y funcionan en el rango de temperatura de –40 °C a +125 °C.
