AD9613-170EBZ 12-Bit, 170/210/250 MSPS, 1.8 V Dual-Channel Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC)
The AD9613 is a dual-channel, 12-bit, sample-to-digital converter (ADC) with a sample rate of up to 250 MSPS designed to provide a solution for low-cost, small-size, wide-bandwidth, multi-function communication applications.
This dual-channel ADC features a multi-stage, differential pipeline architecture with integrated output error correction logic. Each ADC has a wide bandwidth input that supports a variety of user-selectable input ranges. Integrated voltage reference simplifies design. The duty cycle stabilizer can be used to compensate for fluctuations in the ADC clock duty cycle, allowing the converter to maintain excellent performance.
ADC output data is routed directly to two external 12-bit LVDS output ports, formatted as interleaved or channel multiplexed.
Flexible shutdown options can significantly reduce power consumption when needed.
Setup and control programming is done using a three-wire SPI-compatible serial interface.
The AD9613 is available in a 64-pin LFCSP package and is rated for the −40°C to +85°C industrial temperature range.
