    AD9913是一款完整的直接数字频率synthesizer(DDS),专为满足便携式、手持式和电池供电设备严格的功耗限制而设计。该器件内置一个10位数模转换器(DAC),最高采样速率为250 MSPS。它采用先进的DDS技术,连同高速、高性能DAC,构成完整的数字可编程高频合成器,能够产生最高100 MHz.的频率捷变模拟输出正弦波。

    The AD9913 offers fast frequency hopping and precision-tuned resolution. It also has good phase offset control resolution. The control word is loaded into the AD9913 via a serial or parallel I/O port. It also supports operation in user-defined linear sweep modes that generate highly linear sweep waveforms with frequencies. To support multiple methods of generating system clocks, the AD9913 not only has a built-in oscillator that can use a simple crystal as a frequency reference, but also a built-in high-speed clock multiplier that converts the reference clock frequency into the entire system clock rate. To reduce power consumption, many of the AD9913's independent modules can be shut down when not working.

    The AD9913 has an extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.
