Product Details:

ADN4604 is a protocol-agnostic 16-× 16 asynchronous digital cross-point switch with 16 differential PECL-/CML-compatible inputs and 16 differential CML outputs.

ADN4604 optimized for NRZ (non-zeroing) signaling, with data rates up to 4.25 Gbps per port. Each port offers fixed input equalization, programmable output swing, and output pre-emphasis.

ADN4604 non-blocking switch core adopts a 16-× 16-vertical and horizontal structure and supports independent channel switching through a serial control interface. ADN4604 have low latency and very low channel-to-channel skew.

Devices can be controlled using I2C® or SPI interfaces and advanced features such as additional pre-emphasis and output disablement can be accessed.

ADN4604 is available in a 100-pin TQFP package and has an operating temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.
