Product details

The ADN4604 is a protocol-agnostic 16 × 16 asynchronousDigital crosspoint switchIt has 16 differential PECL-/CML-compatible inputs and 16 differential CML outputs.

The ADN4604 is optimized for NRZ (non-return-to-zero) signaling with data rates up to 4.25 Gbps per port. Each port provides fixed input equalization, programmable output swing, and output pre-emphasis.

The ADN4604 nonblocking switch core uses a 16 × 16 crossbar architecture to support independent channel switching through a serial control interface. The ADN4604 features low latency and very low channel-to-channel skew.

Take advantage of I₂C® or SPI interfaceControllable devicesand access advanced features such as additional pre-emphasis and output disable.

The ADN4604 is available in a 100-lead TQFP package and operates over the −40°C to +85°C temperature range.
