illustrate
The LM22675 series of regulators is a monolithic integrated circuit that is a buck (buck) switching regulator capable of driving 1A loads, with excellent line and load regulation characteristics of positive functions. High efficiency (> 90%) is achieved by using a low resistance N-channel MOSFET. The series consists of a fixed 5V output and adjustable version.
SIMPLE SWITCHER ® The concept provides an easy-to-use complete design using a minimum number of external components and the WEBENCH of National Semiconductor ® Design tools. WEBENCH of National Semiconductor ® Tools include features such as external component calculations, electrical simulation, thermal simulation, and simple design, build, and board of it. The switching clock frequency is made up of an internal fixed frequency oscillator, which is at 500 kHz. The LM22675 series also features built-in thermal shutdown, current limit, and enable control inputs that can adjust quiescent current standby up and down to power as low as 25μA.
