All the functions required for the LM25010 to function are required to implement a low-cost, high-efficiency, step-down regulator capable of delivering more than 1A of load current. Such a high voltage regulator integrates an N-channel buck switch and is available in LLP-10 and TSSOP-14EP packages for enhanced heat dissipation. Regulatory planning of constant on-time without loop compensation, fast load transient response and simplified circuit implementation. Changes in operating frequency, line and load remain unchanged due to the inverse relationship between input voltage and time. The valley current limit detection is set at 1.25A. Other features include VCC undervoltage lockout, thermal shutdown, gate voltage drive, lockout, and maximum duty cycle limit.
