The LMH6657/6658 is a low-cost operational amplifier that operates from a single supply with an extended input voltage range. Based on an easy-to-use voltage feedback topology with fast slew rate (700V/μs) and high speed (GBWP at 140MHz), (single) LMH6657 and LMH6658 (dual) for high-speed high-signal applications. These applications include instrumentation, communication equipment, set-top boxes, and more.
Using - 3dB BW at 100MHz (A V = 2) and 0.03% and 0.10° for DG and DP, respectively, LMH6657/6658 is ideal for video applications. The output stage can typically provide 80 milliamps of 1V left and right, from rail to load.
For industrial applications, LMH6657/6658 is an excellent cost-saving option. The input reference voltage is low noise and the input voltage can be extended below V-mitigation amplification of low-level signals that can be reached or close to the system ground. With low distortion and fast setup, the LMH6657/6658 can provide buffered A/D and D/A applications.
The versatility and ease of use of the LMH6657/6658 are further extended by even offering high-voltage slew rates in these miniature packages, such as the high-speed op amp in the SOT23-5 package, and the SC70 in SOIC-8 and MSOP-8.
