illustrate
The LMH6702 is a very wideband, DC-coupled monolithic op amp specifically designed for wide dynamic range systems requiring special signal fidelity. Benefiting from a national current feedback architecture, the LMH6702 offers excellent speed with unity-gain stabilization without external compensation.
Its bandwidth of 720MHz(AV = 2V /V,VO = 2VPP),Pass 10-bit 60MHz (distortion levelRL = 100 With 1.83nV/input referred noise and 12.5 mA supply current, the LMH6702 is ideal for drivers or high-speed flash A/D and D/A converter buffers.
Wide dynamic range, such as radar and communications receiver systems, requires a wideband amplifier that provides excellent signal purity, and will find the LMH6702 low input reference noise and low harmonic and intermodulation distortion, making it an attractive high-speed solution.
The LMH6702 uses National Semiconductor's VIP10™ free bipolar process and the country's proven current feedback architecture. The LMH6702 is available in SOIC and SOT23-5 packages.
