illustrate
The unique feature of the FlexCap LDO of the state is compensated without any restrictions on the minimum or maximum ESR of any type of output capacitor. The LP38501/3 series of low dropout linear regulators operate from a +2.7 V to +5.5 V input supply. These ultra-low dropout linear regulators react very quickly to one-step loads, which makes them suitable for low voltage microprocessor applications. Developed using a CMOS process, (utilizing PMOS bypass transistors), the LP38501/3 has a low quiescent current with little variation in load current.
Ground pin current: The load current at 3A is typically 2 mA.
Disable Mode: Quiescent current is typically 25 NA when the enable pin is pulled low.
Simplified compensation: Output capacitance is stable with any type, regardless of ESR.
Precision output: "A" can be with 1.5% VADJ。Tolerance (25°C) and 3% above line, load and temperature grade versions.
