The LP3875 - ADJ fast ultra-low dropout linear regulator operates from a +2.5 V to +7.0 V input supply. These ultra-low dropout linear regulators respond very quickly to loads, which makes them suitable for low-voltage microprocessor applications. The LP3875-ADJ is built on the CMOS process with low quiescent current, allowing the output load current to operate independently. This CMOS process also enables very low differential pressure conditions under LP3875-ADJ operation.

Differential pressure: ultra-low differential pressure; Typically at 150mA load current and 380mV at 1.5A load current at 38mV.

Ground pin current: Typically at 1.5A load current 6mA.

Shutdown mode: The shutdown pin is pulled down at a quiescent current of 10nA, usually at a quiescent current.

Adjustable Output Voltage: The output voltage can be programmed with two external resistors.
