The LP5990 regulator is designed to meet the requirements of portable, battery-powered systems that provide accurate output voltage, low noise and low quiescent current.
The LP5990 will provide a low input voltage of 2.2V from a 1.8V output and can supply 200mA to an external load.
When switching into shutdown mode, the power consumption is reduced to almost all by the logic signal at the enable pin
is zero.
Fast shutdown is achieved by a push-pull architecture.
The LP5990 is designed with space-saving 0402 small 1μF ceramic capacitor stabilization, which gives an overall solution size
