description
® The LT 1006 is the first precision single-supply op amp. Its design is optimized with a full set of specifications for operation on a single 5V supply. ± 15V specifications are also available.
The LT1006's 20μV low offset voltage drift of 0.2μV/°C, 120pA current cancellation, $2.5 million, 114 dB co-mode rejection and 126 dB gain from power supply suppression.
Although the supply current is only 340μA, a new output stage can exceed 20mA of source or sink while maintaining high voltage gain. The common-mode input range includes ground to accommodate low-ground reference strain gauges or thermocouple inputs with output swings of a few millivolts above the ground. If a higher slew rate (more than 1V/μs) or micro-operation (supply current reduced to 90μA) is required, the operating current can be modified to connect an optional external resistor pin8.
For similar single-supply precision dual and quad op-amps, see the LT1013/LT1014 datasheet. For micro-dual and quad op-amps, refer to the LT1078/LT1079 datasheet.
