description
® The LT 1006 is the first precision single-supply operational amplifier. Its design has been optimized with a full set of specifications for single 5V operation. ± 15V is also available.
The LT1006 has a low offset voltage drift of 0.2μV/°C of 20μV, 120pA current cancellation, $2.5 million, 114dB common-mode rejection, and 126dB gain of power supply rejection.
Although the supply current is only 340μA, a new output stage can exceed a 20mA source or sink while maintaining high voltage gain. The common-mode input range includes ground to accommodate low ground referenced strain gage or thermocouple inputs, and the output swings a few millivolts to ground. If a higher slew rate (over 1V/μs) or microoperation (supply current down to 90μA) is required, the operating current can be modified to connect an optional external resistor pin 8.
For similar single-supply precision dual and quad op amps, see the LT1013/LT1014 datasheet. For microdual and quad op amps, see the LT1078/LT1079 datasheet.
