The TPS6113x device offers a product powered by a single lithium-ion or lithium polymer or a complete power solution, two to four years alkaline, nickel-cadmium, or nickel-metal hydride batteries. These devices can generate two stable output voltages. It provides a simple yet effective step-down solution that generates an input voltage of 3.3 volts higher and lower than the output voltage. The converter provides a supply voltage with a maximum output current of 300 mA and down to 1.8 V to implement SEPIC converters based on fixed frequency, pulse width modulation (PWM) controllers using synchronous rectifiers for maximum benefit. The maximum peak switching current is limited to 1600 mA in SEPIC.
