A4402 是一款结合 2% 恒定工作时间降压稳压器和 2%Linear regulator的电源管理 IC。 该产品适用于需要两种稳定电压的应用。降压稳压器输出向可调线性稳压器供电，以减少功率耗散，提升整体效率。

该开关稳压器可在超过 2 MHz 的频率下工作。超过 2 MHz 的开关频率能让客户选择低值电感器和电容器，同时避免 EMI。

保护功能包括欠压锁定和过热关机。若出现负载短路，稳压器将启动过电流保护。A4402 还具有带有可调时延的上电复位功能，用于微处理器输出。

A4402 采用 16 针、≤1.20 mm 标称全高 TSSOP 封装，并带有外露散热板以增强散热功能。其封装均为无铅产品，且采用 100% 雾锡电镀。
