AD7903BRQZ Dual-channel 16-bit, successive approximation analog-to-digital converter
The AD7903 is a dual-channel, 16-bit, successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that is powered by a single supply (VDDx). It has two low-power, high-speed, 16-bit sampling ADCs and a versatile serial interface port. At the rising edge of the CNVx, the AD7903 samples the voltage difference between the INx+ and INx- pins, which typically swing between 0 V and VREF in opposite phases. The reference voltage (VREF) of the REFx pin is provided externally and can be set independently of the supply voltage pin (VDDx). The power consumption of the device varies linearly with the throughput rate.
The SPI-compatible serial interface also daisy-chains several ADCs to a single three-wire bus using SDIx inputs and provides an optional busy indication. It is compatible with 1.8V, 2.5V, 3V, and 5V logic when using the standalone power supply VIOx.
The AD7903 is available in a 20-pin QSOP package and has an operating temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.
