AD7903BRQZ dual 16-bit, successive approximation analog-to-digital converter
The AD7903 is a dual 16-bit, successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) powered from a single supply (VDDx). It contains two low-power, high-speed, 16-bit sampling ADCs and a versatile serial interface port. On the rising edge of CNVx, the AD7903 samples the voltage difference between the INx+ and INx- pins, where the voltage swing typically swings from 0 V to VREF, phase opposite. The reference voltage (V) of the REFx pinREFExternally available and set independently of the supply voltage pin (VDDx). The power dissipation of the device varies linearly with the throughput rate.
The SPI-compatible serial interface also daisy-chained several ADCs to a single 3-wire bus using the SDIx input and provides an optional busy indicator. With the independent supply VIOx, it is compatible with 1.8V, 2.5V, 3V, and 5V logic.
The AD7903 is available in a 20-lead QSOP package and operates over the −40°C to +125°C temperature range.
