AD9467-200EBZ 16-Bit, 200 MSPS/250 MSPS Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC)
The AD9467 is a 16-bit, single-chip, medium-frequency (IF) sampled analog-to-digital converter (ADC) optimized for high performance, wide bandwidth, and ease of use. Operating at a slew rate of 250 MSPS, it is designed for use in wireless receivers, instrumentation, and test equipment that require high dynamic range.
The ADC requires a 1.8 V and 3.3 V supply supply and a low-voltage differential input clock signal to maximize its operational performance. For most applications, there is no need for an external reference or driver piece. The data output is LVDS compliant (ANSI-644 compliant) and includes ways to reduce the total current required for the short trace.
It provides a data clock output (DCO) for capturing data at the output and sending a new output byte signal.
It also supports power-down functionality via SPI, with a typical power consumption of less than 5 mW when disabled.
It also provides optional features for users to make different choices depending on the operating conditions, including selecting input ranges, data format selection, and output data test codes.
The AD9467 is available in a 72-pin LFCSP lead-free package and is rated for a temperature range of −40°C to +85°C industrial temperatures.
