The ADA4870ARRZ is a unity-gain stable, high speed current feedback amplifier
The ADA4870 is a unity-gain stable, high speed current feedback amplifier capable of delivering 1 A of output current and 2500 V/μs slew rate from a 40 V supply. The innovative architecture of the ADA4870 is fabricated using Analog Devices' proprietary high voltage ultrafast complementary bipolar (XFCB) process to provide a high output power, high speed signal processing solution for applications that need to drive low impedance loads.
The ADA4870 is ideal for driving high voltage power field-effect transistors, piezoelectric sensors, PIN diodes, CCD panels, and a variety of other demanding applications requiring high speed high supply voltages and high current outputs.
The ADA4870 is available in a Power SOIC package (PSOP_3) and provides a high thermally conductive exposed heat sink for efficient heat dissipation to improve performance and reliability in demanding applications. The ADA4870 operates over the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.
