description
HI5760 is a 10-bit, 125MSPS, high-speed, low-power, one-converter, which is implemented in an advanced CMOS process. From a single +5 V +5 V supply, the converter provides a full-scale output current of 20 mA and includes edge-triggered CMOS input data latches. Excellent low surge energy and frequency domain performance to achieve the use of segmented current source architectures. For a dual-channel version with equivalent performance, see HI5728. The equipment complements the CommLink™HI5X60 Intersil family, which includes 8-, 10-, 12- and 14-bit devices offering high-speed converters.
