description
The ISL28006 is a micropower, unidirectional high-side and low-side current sense amplifier with proprietary rail-to-rail input current sense amplifiers. The ISL28006 is ideal for high-side current sensing applications, where the induced voltage is typically much higher than the amplifier's supply voltage. The device can be used to operate from supply voltages as low as 2.7V at a highly responsible voltage of 28V. The micro-ISL28006 consumes only 50μA of supply current and operates from a 2.7V to 28V supply voltage while operating from a common-mode input voltage range of 0V to 28V. The proprietary architecture extends the input voltage detection range to 0V, making it an optimal choice for low-side terrestrial remote sensing applications. The benefit of this architecture is that it maintains a high degree of total output accuracy over the entire common-mode input voltage range of 0V to 28V. The ISL28006 is available in the fixed benefit (100V/V, 50V/V, 20V/V and adjustable) adjustable gain section in space-saving 5 LD SOT-23 packages and 6 LD SOT-23 packages. Some operate in the extended stage temperature range from -40°C to +125°C.
